Samuel Nja Kwa, born February 23, 1964 in Paris, is a French journalist and photographer of Cameroonian origin. A graduate in political science from the Université du Québec à Montréal, he is also behind the Douala Urban Touch of Arts (DUTA) professional photojournalism festival, first held in 2005. From May 10 to July 10, 2017, Samuel Nja Kwa organized a group exhibition around memory and slavery IMPRESSIONS MÉMORIELLES at the Musée de l'Homme in Paris. He lives and works in Paris.
