Trained as an architect, Alain Ngann is a self-taught photographer. Born in Douala in 1975, he set up his own communications agency after dropping out of school in France. But he was always supported by his father: "He understood that there was something in me that needed to come out and that, unlike my five brothers and sisters who had very good curricula and diplomas, I needed something else", he analyzes today.
