Reza Deghati, better known by his author's name Reza, is a French photojournalist of Azeri origin from Iran, born on July 26, 1952 in Tabriz. Exiled to France since 1981, he was forced to leave his native country two years after the Islamic Revolution, due to the publication in the international press of photographs displeasing the Iranian government. Reza25's photographs have been exhibited in major cities around the world. There have been almost 450 photographic exhibitions in France and abroad, including installations on the Corniche in Doha (Qatar)29 , in Corsican towns, at Kew Gardens in London, at the United Nations headquarters in New York, at the Parliament in Brussels, as well as at UNESCO, at the Musée du Petit Palais and on the banks of the Seine in Paris.
