Didier Viodé

Didier Viodé, born on May 24, 1979 in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, and originally from Benin, is a multi-disciplinary visual artist and comic book author who lives and works in France. He spent most of his childhood in Benin, his country of origin, where he obtained his baccalaureate in Cotonou. He then moved to Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, to study at the Institut National Supérieur de l'Art d'Abidjan (INSAAC), before completing his training at the Institut Supérieur des Beaux-Arts de Besançon Franche-Comté in France during the period of the politico-military crisis in Côte d'Ivoire. He graduated (DNSEP) in 2007.
