Red Hill Art Gallery is set in the green hills just outside Nairobi. The gallery was built to be light and airy, nestled in a beautiful garden overlooking the Nairobi skyline. The gallery offers a stunning and entirely appropriate space dedicated to the passion of African art. The gallery boasts an extensive collection, built up over a period of 25 years by the owners, representing a very judiciously selected sample of the finest modern and contemporary African art, including paintings and sculptures. This collection forms the basis of the exhibition program. In addition, the gallery presents several exhibitions devoted to individual artists each year. Some of these artists are well-established, enjoy an international reputation and represent movements from all over Africa, while others represent new, emerging talents - a veritable renaissance on this side of the continent.
