The Atelier Céramiques Almadies in Dakar is hosting a group exhibition entitled "Nostalgia for the Future", from 7 November 2024 to 7 January 2025. Curated by Alessandro Romanini and Mauro Petroni, the exhibition brings together works by Khadidiatou Sow, Moussa Traoré, Laetitia Ky and Médéric Tury, offering a fascinating exploration of contemporary creation through the prism of ceramics.

The four artists, with their distinct aesthetics and approaches, offer a profound reflection on time, memory and the future. Their works, imbued with a singular poetry, invite the viewer to take a journey through the meanders of the imagination, where tradition and modernity, past and future mingle.
