Kiki Smith est une artiste multidisciplinaire américaine née le 18 janvier 1954 à Nuremberg en Allemagne qui s'est illustrée en gravure, sculpture, dessin, textile, film, installations. Kiki Smith est une artiste contemporaine reconnue pour son exploration profonde du corps humain, de la nature et des questions de genre. Son œuvre, souvent décrite comme féministe et organique, brouille les frontières entre l'humain, l'animal et le végétal. Kiki Smith est une artiste polyvalente dont l'œuvre explore les profondeurs de l'expérience humaine à travers une esthétique à la fois puissante et poétique.
